A charmingly, unique, quiet, comfortable studio space, situated in a quiet village at the centre of all major commuter routes. Ideally suited for business executives and leisure seekers alike. The village offers excellent facilities for dining and entertaining during your stay, plus some excellent walks. Further afield Rugby offers excellent shopping opportunities and historic places of interest. Many other facilities are available on request. The space The studio is well equipped. With storage in both the lounge area and bedroom. The bedroom has hanging space, with coat hangers, a chest of draws and bedside tables; both with also with draws. There is also a small tv with a fire stick. The bathroom has a double walk in shower, a heated towel rail and a small shelf for toiletries. The kitchen area is well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, hob and oven , microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a small air fryer both for ease and quickness. The lounge area hosts a tv that has a fire stick to enable a choice of programmes to be watched , a settee that can be easily converted into a bed. A footstool and a small nest of tables. There is also a breakfast cabinet with cupboards and draws. There is also an outside area with a small table and chairs and a lounger. Guest access Guests have access to the parking space on the drive, outside of the Wendy House. Also the outside area to the back.
