The apartment offers open plan living with a fully equiped new kitchen, newly renovated bathrooms, three stylish bedrooms and brand new Italian designed furniture. The building is tucked away down a blind road offering a calm environment, however being only a few minutes away from all the main tourist attractions and fine restaurants of Como City and the lake. Apartment 29 offers you the true Italian experience with all the modern day conveniences to ensure your visit to the beautiful Lago di Como will be fondly remembered. Guest access The total apartment is available for guests. Other things to note Access to the apartment is via our Checkin/Checkout assistant. We also have a keybox for out of hours checkin. The code will be sent to you via an Information Sheet following a confirmed booking. Parking There are several public carparks 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Where the apartment is located is in a restricted zone. Taxis have unlimited access. If you are arriving by private/hire car we have a Luggage Drop Off Point very close by where our Checkin Assistant will meet you, take all your luggage to the apartment whilst you park your car. Closest carpark 2 minutes from drop off point. You will be provided with all the navigation coordinates and clear instructions upon booking. The apartment is situated 5 minutes walk away from Como Lago Station and 15 minutes walk away from Como San Giovani Station. Please note that the mandatory tourist tax is included in your booking fees. It is necessary for our Checkin Assistant to take a photo of each guests Passport so we can complete the registration on your behalf. There are no extra charges for use of the air-conditioning or heating. Checkin/Checkout and Luggage Assistant Our Checkin/Checkout Assistant will meet and greet you and assist you with your luggage and help you on your departure. The assistant will contact you to arrange timings. This service is available between the hours of 15.00 to 21.00 for checkin and 7.00 to 11.00 for checkout. You can request outside of those hours direct with our Checkin Assistant. Services We can organise grocery shopping for a small fee ready for your arrival, please request further information when you book your stay.
