The space Bedroom 1 Versatility meets comfort in this bedroom, which includes a stylish queen bunk bed and an additional single bed, making it ideal for a family or a small group seeking a blend of privacy and companionship. The room’s layout maximizes space while providing a peaceful setting for relaxation.🏡💤🏊‍♂️ Bedroom 2 This bedroom features a comfortable queen bed for a restful night. It includes a private bathroom with all the essentials for a refreshing experience. But the true highlight is the bedroom’s direct access to the sparkling pool. Slide open the door and find yourself in an oasis where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip at your leisure. This space is perfect for guests who value comfort and ease in their vacation stay.🏡💤🏊‍♂️ Guest access Ensure a smooth check-in for your Airbnb guests with a smart lock system. Upon booking confirmation, guests receive a unique code. This code activates at check-in time and expires after checkout, providing secure and convenient access to the property. For any changes or issues, hosts can manage codes through the Airbnb app, ensuring guests have seamless entry during their stay. Other things to note Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. We appreciate your courtesy towards our neighbors' nightly rest and the regulations of our residential complex managing the low volume of music within these hours. *No smoking inside the property *No parties *White towels are not for beach use. * Please turn off the air conditioners when you are not in the house and when sleeping, turn off the air conditioner in the living room due to the high costs of electricity in the country, which are not fully charged to the price, in case you wish to have the AC on 24/7 would have an additional cost of $0.26 per kwh when this exceeds the daily consumption which is 48 kWh. *Any guest exceeding the number listed on their itinerary will be charged a fine of $50 per night. We reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy or more people enter than indicated in the reservation. * Please shower in the outdoor showers before entering the pool. * Do not dive the pool. *If your reservation includes children, pay special attention when using the pool. *Including pets in your reservation has a $30 fee. *We request that you clean up after your furry friend when they relieve themselves on our property. It ensures a pleasant environment for everyone. There will be an additional charge of $75 for each animal waste found on the property. *Laundry is not available for 1 night stays. *This property does not have an electric generator,so power outages,if they occur, may affect your stay.
