A large garden with a swimming pool and a breathtaking view. You can enjoy a unique sunset. The space Welcome to Casa de Gouvim, located in the village of Gondarém, near Vila Nova de Cerveira. The family home was built in 1981 and in 2023 was renovated and equipped with the purpose of providing guests with a memorable stay. Casa de Gouvim consists of the following rooms and spaces: - A very comfortable and bright open space room with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa and television. The dining room accommodates 9 people and the kitchen is fully equipped (stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster), with all cooking utensils if you wish. This open space has stunning views of the Minho River. The house has 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites with a double bed and the others with two single beds in each room. In total, you will find 4 bathrooms. On this floor, you will also find a second living room to relax and enjoy the view of the pool and the river. The house has large outdoor spaces, where you can enjoy an outdoor dining space, barbecue, sun loungers, a fantastic pool overlooking the river and a unique sunset. The great highlights of the property are the swimming pool and the beautiful surrounding panorama. The back is even more natural and has mountain and pine forest features, with many old trees. To all this is added a centuries-old granary that is still in perfect condition. Guest access You will have access to the entire house.
