This is a unique space in a fantastic rural location close to Todmorden Town Centre, with amazing service including hearty breakfasts which are included in the price. We offer quirky but modern features to make your stay both comfortable and memorable. The space Our modern, comfortable Bed & Breakfast has a total of 3 double bedrooms on offer, one on the ground floor and the others on the second floor. Also on the ground floor is a lovely dining room and guests are also welcome to enjoy our lovely garden on the lower ground floor. On-street parking is available as are many extras such as packed lunches (at an additional cost) for those wishing to explore our lovely rural surroundings, as well as hairdryers, toiletries, iron and ironing board and additional beds/cots if required - just ask! Guest access Guests have their own private double bedroom with access to a shared toilet and separate bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the same floor. We have a lovely dining room where you can enjoy your amazing breakfast and you can also enjoy our lovely garden :) During your stay f you need anything during your stay, please just give us a shout as we are usually around on the ground floor of the property
