The space Kitchen Entering the property through the back door, guests will arrive into the kitchen. The kitchen is a modern L-shaped space with plenty of work surface space to cook up a storm. - Kettle/ toaster - Electric oven - Ceramic hob - Microwave - Fridge/ freezer - Dishwasher Living Space From the kitchen there is a beautifully light and airy living space. To the rear of the room, closest to the kitchen is a wooden table, seating four guests with modern up cycled chairs. Across from the dining table is a log burning stove for chilly winter nights. To the front of the property, below a large window is a twin seater leather sofa. There is a second twin seater leather sofa below the staircase. For guests entertainment there is a large, wall mounted Smart TV. Bathroom At the top of the stairs is a spacious and modern family bathroom with a large corner bath tub, a walk in shower, hand basin and W/C. Bedroom 1 At the front of the property is bedroom 1. This is the master bedroom with a king sized bed with two bedside tables with storage and a reading lamp each side. Bedroom 2 Bedroom 2 is situated to the rear of the property and sleeps two guests in two single beds. Outside To the rear of the property is a small patio area where guests can enjoy BBQs. There is a grassed area for children and pets to play. Note: Although the garden is enclosed, the wall is low. Parking There is a private driveway to the left of the property which will allow off roading parking for two cars. Additional vehicles can be parked on-road nearby in timed parking spaces or in the parking eye car park directly across from the property.
