[RULES] + Kindly take off shoes when inside the unit. + Kindly switch off all air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when not in use or before leaving the unit. + No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit or a RM250 fine will be imposed. + No large parties or events are allowed in the unit unless approved by host beforehand. + Any damages done to the furniture or fittings will result in the guest being subjected to damage charges. + Please only do light cooking in the unit and keep the exhaust hood on while cooking. + Please keep your keys safe and follow the check-out instructions given. Missing sets of keys will result in the guest being subjected to damage charges. + Please inform the host in the event that anything breaks or isn’t functioning properly, and we will do our best to address it during your stay. + Please do not rearrange any furniture. +There is no dedicated quiet hours but please be considerate of other guests that might be staying next door. + Unregistered/unidentified guests are strictly prohibited. Under no circumstances will visitors be allowed to stay the night. + All trash must be properly disposed of during check-out. The large bins are located in the waste room at the emergency lobby, located behind the big fire doors. + Guests are welcomed to log-in to their streaming services subscriptions on the tv (Netflix, Youtube Premium, Spotify etc.). Do remember to log out during check-out. We will not be held responsible if any other guests utilise your subscriptions without your consent or knowledge.
