TRES VOLCANES OCEAN VILLA is a secluded private residence, steps away from the Pacific Ocean. The home is excellent for relaxing, swimming, surfing, fishing and other excursions. Enjoy ocean side pool and roof top deck with views of the ocean, sunsets and volcanoes. Located 3km South from Salinas Grandes fishing village, and 45 min drive from León. The space This house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps maximum 10 people. All rooms come with fresh linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, mini fridge and private bathroom. The second floor suites have an ocean front balcony and also a balcony with an inland view of the volcanoes. The villa was built specifically to take advantage of the cross breezes of the Pacific Ocean, therefore the second floor rooms are not equipped with A/C. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and there are fans throughout the house. The downstairs room comes with an A/C unit due to not having the same breeze exposure. The house was built with a flat rooftop patio. From the roof you can enjoy awesome views of the ocean, volcanoes and the brilliant display of stars at night. To cool off with a refreshing swim, you have a choice of the Pacific Ocean or our beautiful pool beside the stone patio. To make your stay as care free as possible we include unlimited drinking water and maid services. For an additional charge you can choose from the following services: *Enjoy delicious chef-made family style meals with a daily set menu (see “Other Things to Note” section for details) *Massage therapy services. *Laundry We have all you need under one roof for a fantastic vacation experience. Guest access Guests have complete access to the property, exception to the cabana where Matt and Rachel reside. Other things to note Enjoy a king size bed or feel free to separate them to make 2 twin beds. Let us know how you want the room to be set up and we will have everything ready for your arrival. Additional amenities: -Please bring your own food and drink as the villa is 35 mins for the neatest community called Salinas Grandes and one hour for Leon. If you do need anything you can asks us and we can arrange a delivery service for a small fee. - Outdoor shower to rinse off post surf/swim -Full use of the kitchen - Laundry service available for longer term guests for a nominal additional cost - Unlimited Fuente Pura drinking water is provided for all guests - Check-in is 2pm and check-out is no later than 11am on the day of your departure. If your travel arrangements differ, we are happy to discuss options. - Grocery Service; we can stock the kitchen to prepare for your stay. There is a $60 USD service fee added to the cost of your grocery bill. The home is perfect for events and retreats for 9 people - we hold yoga, and other small business retreats so please inquire about packages to accommodate your needs. We invite families to the Villa, however children under 10 are not recommended. There are features of the home that are not child-friendly. Special rates also apply for weekly or monthly full-house rentals. Please inquire. The room is based on a 2 person occupancy, there is a $20/ night charge for a 3rd person. Note: we ask all guests to be cautious of the unpredictable ocean waves and currents on the Pacific Coast (as in any ocean-front destination) and to enjoy it at your own risk.
