Other things to note ✔ We have 2 exterior security cameras monitoring the front and back entrances of the property ✔ We have a noise monitor in the living room/dining area ✔ This is a residential neighbourhood and the lower unit is occupied so kindly be aware of the noise curfew between 10pm-8am ✔ No events, parties or gatherings are permitted ✦ EXTRA GUEST FEES ✦ A guest fee of $20 per guest per day applies for any adults beyond 4 guests. This helps cover the added costs of utilities, supplies, and cleaning to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Please make sure your guest count is accurate when booking to avoid any adjustments upon check-in. ✦ EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT FEES ✦ Our check-in and check-out times are firm to allow for a thorough cleaning, but we can offer up to 1 hour of flexibility if needed. A fee of $10 (or $20 for both early check in and late check out) will apply. If this is something you will require, please let us know 48 hours in advance of arrival/departure so we can confirm availability with our cleaning team. ✦ LOST KEYS ✦ If keys or fobs are lost, stolen, or temporarily misplaced and we need to provide access to the unit, a $100 lockout fee will apply. If replacements are also required, an additional $100 replacement fee will be charged, for a total of $200. Please remember that this is our home, not a hotel, so we kindly ask that you treat it with respect. If any issues arise during your stay, we’ll do our best to address them as quickly as possible, but please note that no one lives on-site 24/7. We’re always working to improve the property to make your stay more enjoyable.
