Room with private bathroom, Rhine view, parking a.A.

Hi, I'm Yvonne. I live here with my son and the dog. Plus our old tomcat, but he doesn't come into the house. We live in the basement. Upstairs is my bedroom as well as the room for rent with TV, Wi-Fi and the bathroom. We have a garden that we like to share, parking in front of the house (for an extra charge). The space I offer a large room with bed (1.90 x 1.90 m) for 2 people. You will receive bed linen and towels from me. Microwave, TV, table with 2 chairs,, coffee maker, kettle available. Dresser for clothes and a clothes rail. A window overlooking the Rhine. All windows can be darkened by curtains. The bathroom with window, toilet and shower is right next door and accessible via the hallway. It's my bathroom, but you can use it alone during your stay. Heating is available in all rooms. The house is 200 years old, the rooms are large, but the floors are crooked, as are the walls. So if you have a tendency to seasickness, this is wrong ;-) The ceiling height is just under 2 m, very tall people may not feel comfortable here. We are happy to share the garden with you, but I have to point out that we and our dog are also a garden. Our cat lives in the shed and does not come into the house, but at night in the garden, during the day he sleeps, you probably won't meet him at all. However, you can't bring your own pets. Plates, cutlery, bottle/can opener are also available and you can also use the fridge and the large freezer in the garden room downstairs in the courtyard. Guest access You use our main entrance. You will receive the key for the gate and door from me. The rooms can be reached via the stairwell. Our living room is downstairs, so you are quite private. My bedroom is also upstairs when you are there, but I sleep downstairs, except for long stays. During your stay Either you knock below. If I'm not at home, call. You will receive my cell phone number 2 days before you arrive, and it is also stuck on the mirror in your room - better safe than sorry ;-) Other things to note Our house is located directly on the Rhine. You just have to cross the street and you're right there. There you will find access to the beach as well as a small beer garden with food and drinks for a leisurely stay (in the summer months). The village shop is a 5-minute walk, but is closed on Sundays. The Langhalsweg is within walking distance from us. The train station is a 5-minute walk. Two villages further (5 min by car) there is Rewe, Lidl, a pharmacy and a Sparkassen branch.
