The space has 01 bathroom, with glass box; living room with sofa of 03 seats and smart TV 49" with access to Netflix, internet access, work bench and dining table with 04 chairs; kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, blender, electric kettle, coffee utensils, stove 4 mouths with oven, pans, dishes, cups, cups and cutlery; service area with washing machine and dryer, hanging clothesline and floor, iron and ironing board; and balcony. Other things to note We remind you that our accommodation is located within an exclusively residential condominium, parties and noises are not allowed from 10 pm to 6 am. We also inform you that the responsibility for cleaning the space during the stay is borne by the guests, if they want to hire cleaning service, that is, the cleaning fee of the listing refers to the preparation of the space after checkout and not to the cleaning of it during the stay.
