It is the perfect space for couples, friends or familys to unwind, relax & to re-charge with beautiful surroundings & nature. The stand-alone Cabin is surrounded by lush trees with open green paddocks and beautiful afternoon sunsets, there is an outside fire pit so you can relax under the stars and enjoy the abundant of wild life. Let your mind be rested & your hearts enriched. The space A Completely private rustic Cottage among 10 Acres of lush trees & sprawling hillsides, enjoy peace and quiet without being seen or heard from the main house that is located 250 metres away. You have the space completely to yourself. This space is suitable for 2x couples or a family of 4, the main space is open plan living with the master king bed, fire place and living room etc as per photos, the second bedroom can be closed off for privacy with Indian doors. If you wish to have visitors during the day please note that this will have to be accepted and approved prior to arrival. - Locked gate access with padlock , ample parking at your doorstep 1 x Four Poster King bedroom – open plan living 1 x Queen Bed in separate bed room INCLUDES: A variety of Condiments, Selection of Tea's, Coffee, cooking oils, salt & pepper. Visit the iconic Tamborine Mountain with Panoramic lookouts, the exquisite Curtis Falls waterfall, wineries, distilleries, boutique bakeries and cafes, all within 25 minutes away, or take a 38 -minute drive to Surfers Paradise or to the dining precincts of Broadbeach and Burleigh. -All Theme parks, Dreamworld, Movie world, Outback spectacular are all 15 minutes We have a beautiful little dog that loves to roam the property so she may pop up to say hello on some occasions but she is very friendly and affectionate. Please Note: If you require firewood for an evening fire during your stay, please let me know prior and we can arrange for $20 a basket. *Other things to note* Please note, The Sunset Cottage is not suitable for pets due to the delicate nature of its furnishings, and style of fencing and extensive native wildlife *Local Wildlife* As we live on acreage, we do share the property with various species of bird life, possums, wallabies, koalas, wild deer and many more. Please refrain from leaving out any food items on the porch overnight as little unwanted visitors may appear Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and would appreciate that this is adhered to. Be mindful of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm.
