Swim right on property INDOOR POOL. The space Newly renovated in 2024! PET FREE and EXEMPT FROM ACCEPTING SERVICE ANIMALS. With 2 separate areas this space is ideal for a family with children. Enter through the back door and find a bedroom with a queen bed, TV and closet. As you continue through the space, walk through bedroom door into the hall and find bathroom door to your right. The full bath has shower, tub and double sinks. It also holds a washer and dryer. Walk back out into the apartment hall and find a multipurpose space, first bunks, perfect for 2 children. Then, a kitchen with all you will need for meals, range, medium/full size fridge, microwave, small dishwasher, granite counter w/ island and seating. The kitchen is open to the living room with comfortable Coddle Switch Sofa seating by day and sleeping by night arrangement. Two more can enjoy this queen size sleeper. Find here another TV and another exit with side view to the boardwalk. There is a full window with lots of natural light coming in and blackout window treatments to keep the light out when needed! Walk out this second exit, take 50 steps and you are right on the boardwalk and beach on 12th street, in Ocean City, MD. 🙌 You would only be closer to the beach if you slept right on it! 😜 PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO BALCONY OR DECK. The exits both open to exterior halls that lead to the boardwalk. Please note that sheets and towels are NOT provided and if they were to be needed this service would have to be coordinated before arrival and there would be a charge. Guest access The entire condo. Located in condominium building with an indoor pool. The indoor pool is located across the hall and adjacent to OC Boardwalk Condo. The main entrance to the indoor pool is opposite the hall to this condo. Other things to note Sheets and towels not provided but can be provided for a fee. This property is PET FREE space and EXEMPT FROM ACCEPTING SERVICE ANIMALS for any reasons due to owner allergies.
