Guest access The house is located in a very quiet and safe residential development, just 10 kilometers from downtown Tequisquiapan, 30 km from Peña de Bernal, and very close to the best vineyards in the region. In the subdivision, our guests can enjoy the common areas, consisting mainly of a running and cycling track and outdoor children's games. As for the house, it is totally private, including the pool, so you can enjoy it at your leisure. The house is delivered with all the necessary linens (hand towels and one bath towel per person). Remember that in the Airbnb model we leave the house impeccable and ready to use. Daily cleaning during the stay is the responsibility of our guests. The pool is heated by solar panels that keep the water at an optimal temperature to enjoy it. However, the water temperature may vary, particularly in the rainy season and in winter, so on these dates the use of a gas boiler is recommended to complement the heating provided by the solar panels. In this case, the use of the boiler would have an additional cost and heating may take time. Therefore, we suggest you ask us about it and request it in advance. Other things to note We suggest arriving by car and shopping beforehand at the Walmart in San Juan del Río or at the Soriana, the Bodega de Aurrera or the Dorantes in Tequisquiapan. We have a video intercom system and two security cameras in the garden. Images from both cameras are recorded. During the stay it is strictly forbidden to: I. Enter or allow pets to enter the house; II. Accommodate more than ten people in the house, garden or pool area, except in those cases where this has been previously agreed. III. Camping in the garden; IV. Smoking inside the house or lighting the indoor fireplace; VI. Damage the house and its furniture or change the latter's location; VII. Enter the pool area with electrical appliances, or with glass, ceramic or any other material that could break and cause damage to people; VIII. Handle the boiler and pool machinery; X. Carrying blankets, quilts, towels or, in general, any fabric from the house that could be damaged near the grill or the campfire area when they are lit; XI. Enter any property other than the one covered by this ad, without authorization from the owner; XII. Consuming alcoholic beverages or any kind of drug in the common areas of the subdivision; and, XIII. Maintaining high noise levels after 10:00 pm on weekdays and 12:00 am on weekends.
