The room is 25sqm and has a standard doublebed (140cm - was upgraded from a 120cm couch bed in august 2024), plenty of room and a work station. It is a cozy place perfect for a couple’s trip or a visit to Aarhus with your friend. It is placed in perfect walking distance to both city centre and beach. Please be aware that there is a small friendly dog (cavapoo) in the apartment. The space The property is a large three bedroom flat in a quiet backyard with a newly renovated bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a shared terrace connected to the flat. Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom with a work station, the newly renovated bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The shared terrace can be reached from the backyard via a metal staircase. During your stay I tend to keep to myself in the private parts of the flat, when I am home. But I will of course be available for quick questions.
