The space The house is in Las Nuñez, 15 minutes from Montañita. It has a beautiful ocean view as it is located on a small hill near the beach. The property has three cabins, a pergola with a bathroom, and a social area with a kitchen and grill. Down the stairs there is a beach volleyball court, a shower and a parking space in case you have a vehicle. Our house has an ocean view and is close to the sea but the exit is not direct. Downstairs there is a volleyball field, a shower, and a parking spot in case you have a vehicle. Our house has an ocean view but it does not have direct access to the beach. You will have to walk down a small hill to reach the beach. Guest access We have equipped the kitchen with everything you might need such as pots, cutlery, plates, coffee maker, etc; so you can cook without problems and the only thing you have to bring are the ingredients :) Other things to note The house is located near the road so the sound of cars passing by may be an inconvenience for some guests. Our house overlooks the ocean and is close to the ocean but the exit is not direct. It is an area with a lot of vegetation so we always recommend that guests bring repellents and be careful to leave all doors and windows closed and avoid any discomfort related to insects and mosquitoes. The kitchen is outdoors so it is important that you store food and seal it properly because, as in any outdoor area, if it is left exposed it is susceptible to insects.
