This refined, cosy and quiet house is finely renovated. Every object in the house has been chosen with passion and love. High ceilings and large windows give the house a feeling of space and brightness. The space Spacious and charming studio of 47 square metres, ideal for a couple, comprising a spacious open space with a comfortable double bed, a modern design kitchen, an antique table ideal for romantic dinners, two comfortable vintage armchairs for your relax, a double bathroom with a large window and a large walk-in wardrobe. Every detail, from the table to the linen, has been carefully chosen, preferring objects with character and never trivial, which could give a personal touch to the house. The kitchen, modern and brand new, features an elegant marble countertop and is equipped with a traditional oven and microwave, induction hob, large fridge with freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and classic moka coffee machine for every need. At your disposal are coffee, tea, sugar, oil and salt. If you need anything else, the supermarket below the house is stocked with everything and there is another supermarket open 24 hours a short distance away. In the bathroom, in addition to soft towels, you will find at your disposal an hairdryer with diffuser, magnifying mirror for make-up or beard, and personal hygiene products. Free and unlimited superfast Wi-Fi, 40" ultra HD Smart TV, air conditioning for both heating and cooling, mosquito nets complete the offer. Guest access The apartment is entirely at your disposal, for exclusive use. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with self check-in, so you can check in at any time, in total autonomy. In order to comply with Italian law, which requires the host to ascertain the identity of guests, I equipped my apartment with Vikey's self check-in system. To complete the online check-in procedure, Vikey requires the guest to share a copy of his or her ID (remember that Airbnb does not share guest ID with the host).
