However, there are parking options near by with daily rates around BRL 25.00. The living room features a comfortable sofa for up to three people, along with a 50" Qled TV connected with all available apps (subscriptions not included). The dining area has a table with four chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with storage, an open-style wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, and a work/study desk with a chair and a cat5e network socket, with gigabit standard. In the bedroom, there is also a smart TV connected with all available apps (subscriptions not included). The kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, air fryer, convection oven (secondary function of the microwave), Nespresso machine, traditional electric coffee maker, hand mixer, blender, sandwich maker, and an electric kettle. All basic utensils are provided, including cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls, cups, tablecloths, and containers for preparing, serving, and storing meals. At the beginning of the stay, some coffee capsules for Nespresso preparation are provided free of charge as a courtesy. For laundry, there is a washing machine and dryer for up to 10kg/7kg, available at no additional cost. Additionally, guests will have a compact clothesline, an electric iron, and an ironing board. Note: laundry washing and cleaning products are not included. The bathroom features a 7800W electric shower. Bath towels, hand towels, floor towels, shower caps, bath sponges, and a hairdryer are provided. For longer stays, the replacement of the above items can be adjusted between the guests and the property host. Other things to note Outlets voltage: 220V. The windows sills from the living room and the bedroom are lower than usual. For this reason, this apartment is not safe for hosting children.
