On the ground floor there is an airy, open-plan living and dining room that exudes style and sophistication, with two sets of sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor pool and garden. Two sofas offer a comfortable refuge from the midday sun where you can watch a movie and in the adjacent dining area, a full kitchen. and you will also find a Bluetooth for your enjoyment. A twin bedroom with private bathroom, air conditioning, a double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom are also on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, an excellent outdoor area to the side of the house with an impressive terracotta barbecue invites you to grill some sardines, simply sprinkle with sea salt and a little lemon and accompany with an ice-cold green wine.
