Bedroom 1 is a spacious upstairs room , with a double and a single bed. This room also has an ensuite with shower cubicle and toilet, and a walk in wardrobe with ample storage space. It benefits from sliding doors leading out to a sizeable balcony with table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the views out to the countryside. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and a wardrobe, bedroom 4 a double bed. These two rooms have a Jack and Jill ensuite, with a shower cubicle and toilet, which can be accessed from either room. Both these rooms also have patio doors taking you out onto the large enclosed downstairs balcony and seating area, with access down to the garden. The main bathroom is on the ground floor, with a bath and separate shower cubicle. There is a small separate utility room, with washing machine, cupboards and coat hanging area. The rest of the downstairs space is open plan, with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, sofa and TV, and sliding doors out to the downstairs balcony and seating area where you can enjoy meals and drinks outside on a nice day.
