Other things to note After confirming the booking, guests are kindly requested to send a valid photocopy of their ID via the Airbnb message chat box. This is necessary for the Shore 3 administration office to process the Guest Authorization Form (GAF) for unit usage approval. Upon arrival at the Shore 3 main lobby information desk on your self-check-in date, please present your valid ID at the information desk. You'll be asked to log your details in their guestbook as a guest of the unit. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. If you plan to use the swimming pool, please note that tickets are available at the Shore 3 administration office during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 12:00nn, 1:00pm - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm only The administration office is closed on Sundays. The swimming pool is open daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Ticket prices are 150 pesos per person on regular days and 300 pesos per person on holidays Kindly note the operating hours for parking are 24/7. Here are the parking rates: For Vehicles: Free for the first 15 minutes ₱50 for the first 4 hours ₱50 for each succeeding hour For Motorcycles: ₱10 for up to 15 minutes ₱50 flat rate from 6:00 AM to 1:30 AM Overnight Charges (1:30 AM to 6:00 AM): ₱300 in addition to regular parking rates Lost Ticket/Damage Card Penalty: ₱200 plus parking rates.
