The perfect getaway in Corrèze, with stunning views of the surrounding nature... Come and recharge your batteries in our 6/8 person cottage in the heart of a small Corrèze locality, at the gates of Dordogne. Its terrace on stilts with views of nature, its cozy living room and its loft atmosphere will allow you to completely disconnect. The space The vacation rental is composed as follows: 1st level - Access via the terrace on stilts: - Open living room (sitting and dining area). - Furnished kitchen. - Shower room with double basin. - Separate toilet. 2nd level: - Sauvage Bedroom: 1 double bed 160 cm x 200 cm. - Ethnic bedroom: 1 double bed 160 cm x 200 cm. - Acid room: 2 single beds, sofa convertible into a double bed (130x190cm). - Restroom. Outside: - Private terrace on stilts. - Garden with play area (access via path). - 2 parking spaces dedicated to the Loft. - possibility of charging your electric vehicle via our green'up socket on request (additional charge). Miscellaneous Amenities: - Kitchen: induction hobs, oven, fridge with low freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, raclette machine. - Living room: flat-screen smart TV, WIFI, electric radiators, vacuum cleaner. - Brightly colored room: play trunk and children's kitchenette. - Bathroom: hairdryer, auxiliary fan heater, towel dryer, washing machine, bath towels provided (1 per person - bring pool towels (not provided)). - Bedrooms: air-conditioned bedrooms, bed linen provided. - Exterior: garden table and chairs, parasols, sunbathing, games (badminton, petanque, darts, games portico), barbecue available. You can also enjoy our swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September to relax or unwind from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. 7 days a week (not heated). The swimming pool is located on our property (our house is next to the cottage). This cottage is kids friendly: baby kit (high chair, crib, small bathtub), play area and playful outside... Everything necessary for young and old to have a pleasant time. Other things to note A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival (including a deduction of €100 excl. tax if the accommodation is not returned clean). A cleaning option during the stay is possible on request, this service amounts to €60 including tax. At the end of the stay, the cleaning fee is €100 including tax and is optional. If you have not subscribed to the cleaning package, the accommodation must be returned clean, namely: floors cleaned (vacuumed and washed), kitchen cleaned, toilet cleaned, sinks and shower cleaned. If it is returned in a condition deemed inappropriate, the "cleaning" deposit will then be retained. Note: whether you have chosen to opt for the cleaning package or not, the dishes must be clean and tidy (dishwasher emptied) and the sheets removed from the beds before the inventory. A short stay surcharge of 5 euros per person will be requested following your booking for any stay of less than 3 nights (non-optional surcharge). No extra charge for stays of 3 nights or more. You will need to take a path to access the children's play area. We recommend that you bring your boots in autumn and winter. Please also note that this is our private pool that we open to you at the times indicated (present on our property, our house being next to the Loft).
