House 50 meters from the beach

The Fuchsia house is a large house located in a private and guarded family estate south of Sarzeau, on the ocean side, just 50 m from the beach. South facing with sea view, it is perfectly set up for you to spend a pleasant vacation there. Large enclosed garden and terrace, barbecue, outdoor shower… ideal for a stay with family or friends. The space The house is in 2 parts. 1- Main part: - on the ground floor: the living rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen) + a small laundry room + toilets - on the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed, one with 1 baby bed + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) + 1 bathroom + toilet 2- "Annex" part accessible by a small corridor that starts from the living rooms: - on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a single bed - possibility to add 1 baby bed - + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) + 1 shower room + toilet - on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 bathroom + toilet There is Wi-Fi in the house. In the living room there is a TV and a wood-burning stove. All double beds are 160 cm and single beds are 90 cm. There is a washing machine and a dryer + a small sink in the laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator + small appliances. Outside, there is garden furniture + a parasol + a barbecue + an outdoor shower for "beach returns". It is possible to store bikes in a small garage attached to the house. It's very easy to park around the house. Other things to note - Minimum 7-day booking, - We do not provide sheets or towels, but you will find duvets and pillows on site, - The house has very easy access to the beach from the outside because the estate remains private to the owner family, - The pool (open only in summer) is isolated by vegetation: it is not accessible to guests (strictly reserved for the family that owns the estate, with opening hours).
