Beautiful quiet and bright apartment, crossing with 2 balconies, elevator. Right next to the Arena Défense (soundproofed concerts). We live in the apartment and rent it out on some weekends, key handover between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. 6-minute walk to the Grandre Arche, Les 4 Temps Shopping Center and transport (metro line 1, RER A and E, Tramway T2, train L and U - direct access to Porte Maillot, Opéra, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Louvre/Orsay/Beaubourg Museums, Disney Park, Château de Versailles).
