It boasts three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and featuring comfortable double beds or two single beds. The living space, complete with a TV, is designed for comfort and leisure, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day or catch up on your favorite movies. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up your favorite meals, and the dining area is just a few steps away. You can also enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor BBQ area. This townhouse also offers convenience with washer and dryer, central air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, and a total of four parking spots: two outside and two inside the parking lot. Smart TVs are available in all rooms and the living room, ensuring a modern and comfortable stay. Not only is it about indoor comfort but also about outdoor living. Cool off in the sparkling pool during hot summer days. You can also enjoy various recreational activities close by, such as hiking trails near the river creek, horse riding available 5 minutes away across the river creek, and mountain bike trails. Additionally, there are beautiful plant nurseries around with onsite restaurants and bars. Selwo Aventura is also a nearby activity for adventure enthusiasts. For beach lovers, beach restaurants "chiringuitos" along the "paseo maritimo" by the beach walk provide a delightful dining experience. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately. • No Parties You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some "party friendly" properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property. • AC/Heater Turn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect. • Security deposit Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that. • Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM. Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM). • Check-out is at latest 11AM. • You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella. • No young groups, below 30 years old are allowed in this property and it is not OK to have unregistered guests staying in the house overnight.
