Corte Sole 2 - House between Milan and Monza
Description
Other things to note Our accommodation is perfect for two people or a couple, featuring brand new furnishings, a newly renovated orthopedic mattress, plenty of linens, a new duvet, and a covered washing machine in the private east-facing courtyard. The courtyard also features an outdoor table and chairs, under a kiwi pergola that not only provides cool summer shade but also provides excellent organic fruit for all seasons. From this courtyard, you can access the adjacent orchard, where cherries, black cherries, medlars, pomegranates, figs, and persimmons are available free of charge. In the shared south-facing courtyard, a 2x12 meter outdoor area is furnished with tables, chairs, and armchairs for sunbathing, reading, or working on your computer in complete tranquility, surrounded by abundant flowers, succulents, and aromatic herbs such as mint, rosemary, thyme, and sage, always available, as well as aloe vera. The area is well-served by three bus lines, each every ten minutes, to Sesto San Giovanni, Milan, and Monza; two pizzerias, Lo Scorpione and Pizzaround; two supermarkets, Aldi and Risparmio Casa; Farmacia Valtellina; and two bars, all within a radius of 100 to 150 meters. Two parking spaces are available for our two apartments in the same building, in addition to the ample parking at the aforementioned facilities. It should be added that two steps in the height difference could be a minor inconvenience, but only for severe disabilities. Our natural approach to life is family-like, open, and sincere, always ready to meet any need. We also enjoy inviting guests to dinner with the three of us, free of charge, sometimes. Of course, we are required to request documents and a tax code (when available) to properly register the short-term rental agreement, lasting no less than 31 days. We accept dogs and cats as long as they are well-behaved and clean. Currently, there are no dogs that could disturb the courtyard. We recommend airing the three rooms every day by opening the three large windows overlooking the orchard to the north for a few minutes.
