Landscaping and plenty of grassy space for children to play with a beautiful panoramic view of much of the condominium.🌻🦋 The space Our property is an exclusive farmhouse for FAMILIES, because when it is not shared with another family, it is our home during the weekend, so we take care of everything with great affection for ourselves and to be able to welcome you too! 🌻🦋 We share only with small families/friends with few members whose purpose is REST, TRANQUILITY and the same care and affection with our property!🌻🦋 WE DO NOT RENT TO: Parties, Events or Youth Groups. We have Vivo Fiber 500 MB Wi-Fi, so you can connect and work with greater ease, appreciating the sounds and colors of nature! 🌻🦋 The Gourmet Space (Leisure area/barbecue) is right in front of the pool, literally, as you can see in the photos and in a position that is illuminated by the sun all day! 🌻🦋 The Gourmet Space features: a pool table, pizza oven, wood-burning stove with cast iron oven, barbecue grill, stove with gas oven, a very large wooden table, cabinets with various household items and a large granite countertop. It is integrated with other environments: an American kitchen (with 2 refrigerators, microwave, gas stove), dining room, fireplace room, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with shower that serves the pool and barbecue area. 🌻🦋 For your convenience, the following are available: water filter, blender, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, pots, pressure cookers, platters, barbecue utensils, among others, all packed in cabinets and drawers that will be open... The cabinets that will be closed contain our clothes and personal belongings. 🌻🦋 In the property, ENVIRONMENTAL SOUND is allowed (conversations and sound with low volume, up to 40 decibels) due to the strict rules of the condominium regarding noise and sound. Respecting it is paramount to the tranquility of our neighbors, which is very important for group interaction. Failure to comply with this guideline may result in the cancellation of the stay as a way to preserve the well-being of the neighbors. Visitors to spend the day are NOT allowed! 🌻🦋 It is REQUIRED to inform us of the CORRECT NUMBER of adults, teenagers and children for the hosting period. A greater number of people than the number previously informed/contracted here in the app is NOT ALLOWED in the property. 🌻🦋 PET: your pet, SMALL ONLY, will be welcome, please let us know here in the app that you will be bringing it.🐱 It is REQUIRED to bring bed, bath, pool linens and personal hygiene products. For our convenience, we have commercial infrastructure inside and outside the Condominium, some of which deliver: market, butcher shop, bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, hamburger, pastry shop, pharmacy and Outlet. 🌻🦋 The farm is located inside the PORTA DO SOL Condominium, an incredible place, with exuberant nature, with energizing places for hiking, cycling, a beautiful waterfall to cool off and horseback riding. 🌻🦋 The Condominium is very well structured with paved streets, all Monitored by CAMERAS and with security rounds during 24 hours. In case of an emergency, the condominium also has a new and equipped ambulance on duty. WE WILL RECOMMEND: if you need a maid, cook or barbecue chef to assist you during your stay, you can hire this service separately. We will be happy to host you next to Nature and all the energy that emanates from it and the place! 🌻🦋 So, welcome everyone. 🌻🦋 Guest access The farm has just undergone a renovation in which we rebuilt the pool and revitalized it with internal and external painting, among other improvements.🌻🦋 It has 4,200 m2 of total area and 500 m2 of construction, is located within a gated community (PORTA DO SOL) very well structured with paved streets, monitored by cameras and with security rounds 24 hours a day. 🌻🦋 The Condominium also has a new, fully-equipped rescue vehicle that is available with a firefighter-rescuer in case a medical emergency occurs.🌻🦋 The main house has 3 bedrooms, the fourth and fifth bedrooms are in the extra house that is next to the main house.🌻🦋 The house is very airy and bright with a lot of natural light (with a very high ceiling and thermal insulation, it does not require the use of fans).🌻🦋 Our Gourmet Space (Barbecue Area) is very SPACIOUS and cozy, located RIGHT IN FRONT of the pool. The pool area is in a position that has sun all day!🌻🦋 The Gourmet Space features: a pizza oven, a wood-burning stove with a cast-iron oven, a barbecue grill, a stove with a gas oven, cabinets with various household items and a large granite countertop. It is integrated with other environments: an American kitchen (with 2 refrigerators, microwave, gas stove), dining room, fireplace room, a sink and a bathroom with shower that serves the pool and barbecue area.🌻🦋 10 X 5 swimming pool with a beautiful and comfortable beach area (shallow part ideal for children and older people), next to a sapele kiosk with hammocks that are available for guests to rest in its cool shade.🌻🦋 Children's toys: Trampoline, swing and a huge lawn! For adults: some board games and a pool table.🌻🦋 Other things to note IT IS NOT ALLOWED a GREATER NUMBER of GUESTS in the property, ONLY the NUMBER that was previously INFORMED/CONTRACTED to us in your reservation. To the total number of guests we add the adults + the teens + the children. WE DO NOT RENT TO: Parties, Events or Teenage Groups. No loud sounds, i.e. above 45 decibels.
