Has a king bed and TV 3rd bed room suite has queen bed and bath. 4th bed room has a bunk bed as full and twin beds with a Jack and Jill bath shared with Guest. 2- living room of premium leather with a sofa bed and 65” smart TV overlooks the Harbor 3- wet bar. 4- open kitchen island with view. 5- Big cantilever deck with Spa, fire pit and BBQ overlook the Harbor, the ocean and Catalina island with outside hot and cold shower. 6- 45’ dock with for harbor sports and swim. Available for request up to two kayak for $50 each and 500 as a refundable deposit. 7- two car garage space with laundry and lily pad for water fun activities and with two long trucks driveway for parking. 8- Nice neighbourhood, walking distance from restaurants, shoppings and Trader Joe grocery. 9- walking distance from white ocean water, mother beach and park. 10-fast WiFi to keep connected 11- Conveniences including hairdryers, ironing boards and irons. 12-Heating and air conditioning Hotel-style amenities including bedding and towels. NOTE: A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 1500 will be collected against utilities bills for a stay of 28 days or more. We are so honored to have you as our guests and wish that you would enjoy it, keeping it clean and treating it as your own home. The code to get in through the front door will be sent to you the day of check-in after we receive the refundable security deposit. The Wi-Fi name is netgear and the password is luckyskates982 Please do not move around any Furniture. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house To avoid clogging the toilets, please minimize throwing toilet paper and use as much the side trash bin. To avoid any plumbing issues during your stay, please empty dishes from all food debris in the trash can first, then rinse them well before putting them in the dishwasher. Please allow us to go over some details at the checking in regarding the spa, the fire pit and lighting. please let us know at the checking in date any comments you may have or needs so we can work on it right away. Utilities. Remember you are responsible for the Electric and Gas bill during your stay, it will be deducted from your security deposit, so we advise that you would be mindful of the that when using the AC/heater or spa and shut them when not in use and at the end of your stay. Trash Collection Trash collection is on Friday morning, so please take it out any time on Thursday.  The brown bin is for trash, and the blue bin is for recyclables (plastics, glass, cans, and clean carton boxes) the green is for yard waste. Street sweeping No street parking on sweeping days which is on the 2nd and 4th Monday from 12 to 4 pm Water activities: Please take advantage of being on the harbor to try out the water activities between Kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming also you are a walking distance to the beach and local park. Please be informed that using the dock, the kayak, the paddle board, or the lily-pad will be at your own responsibility so be careful as the dock is wobbly and return the board and the oars to the garage when not in use.  If they are lost or stolen, it will be your responsibility. -For your convenience there is an outside hot and cold shower by the spa, please use it after swimming or to clean any sands before using the spa. Check out Check out is before 10 am, please make sure the house is left in a good shape, the AC/Heater is off, all the used towels are washed and fully dried in the garage and all doors and windows are locked.
