Located in a very peaceful street, with a 3 min walk to Kelvin Grove Village where you have access to Woolworths, Medical Centre & chemist, various restaurants and cafes, barbershops, hairdressers and a nail salon, and weekly community markets every Saturday morning. The space The apartment comes fully equipped with everything from free wifi and a laundry, to a gorgeous pool, barbecue area and gym. The living area and patio are very spacious and the surrounding area is nice and peaceful. Every room of the apartment has it’s required necessities such as towels, cleaning products and extra bed linen. All amenities are provided at no extra cost and are washed and replaced between each guest.
