As you enter into the home you will enter into a large open living area connected the updated kitchen. Full bath is off the hallway. Master suite is in the back of the home with a large deck area to catch the sunsets over the waterway. This home is walking distance to most of Wrightsville Beach. Stop in on attractions around the loop at Wrightsville Beach. Restaurants, pubs, shops ice cream, etc just down the road. We also offer an four bedroom three bath Airbnb on the lower section of this home. We also offer a four bedroom three bath home in Surf City on the waterway walking distance to downtown Surf City area and the beach. Guest access The outside shower area is by the front door of the downstairs unit. This is a common area & shower for both units to use. The parking for the top floor upstairs unit is the gravel area to the right of the A side driveway. Other things to note We like to remind everyone that the bed has fresh linens on a new King size mattress and we provide bath towels, hand towel, wash clothes and kitchen hand towel and dish cloth.
