The home has AC units, 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and 2 double beds, living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern, electronic appliances and amenities, plus a laundry room with a large utility sink. There are also two furnished balconies to enjoy scenery and cool Caribbean breeze! The space During you stay at Smith San Oasis, each room has its own private bathroom with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, a powder room conveniently located downstairs for guests. There is a smart TV in all bedrooms - a 55" in the master bedroom, a 43" in the second bedroom, and a 43" in the third bedroom. The living room carries a 65", all for your comfort and convenient. Located in the second bedroom is a work area with a modern desk, chair, lamp and office amenities, complete with fast, reliable WIFI. There is a penalty of USD$200 if you are caught smoking inside the house or if there is evidence of smoking inside the house.
