Our room is a twin room with private shower room & table available as desk. Recently redecorated. There is outside space with an iron table & chairs out of the wind & plenty of areas to walk off road as its a farm. We are close to Stratford-upon-Avon & the Cotswolds. Kettle/fridge & hairdryer. Microwave access. Flexible on agreement with check in. The space It is a comfortable bedroom spacious with 2 twin beds, private bathroom with shower incorporated in the room. Lovely view to the garden one side. A desk & plenty of privacy. Outdoor space in the garden /farmland for walks & shaded area for relaxing on a patio. Free parking. Guest access They come in the same door as us then go up a separate staircase to the bedroom During your stay of course, we are there for any questions
