Our beautiful new apartment! Perfect location in the heart of Porto, on the famous Rua de Santa Catarina, 2 mins from Bolhao metro. Comfortable and chic, we've designed the apartment with love and care to make sure you'll have a lovely stay while visiting Porto :) The area is vibrant and lively during the day, safe and quiet at night. The apartment is back facing, meaning there's no street view, however it's therefore very quiet. **Please read the additional notes below for more info** The space Beautiful apartment in the centre of Porto! 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms Very comfortable King size beds (Euro 160x200cm) Dedicated work-desks in the bedrooms Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine Dining table for 4 people Lounge area in the master bedroom Washer/dryer machine WiFi AC Blackout curtains Essentials: hair dryer, iron, hangers, etc **The apartment is back-facing, looking into the inner courtyard. This means there's no street view, however it's therefore very quiet and peaceful, and cooler in summer/warmer in winter. It’s on the second floor via stairs. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor, via stairs (no elevator). You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster, as well as all cookware and tableware. Other essential amenities are provided: washer/dryer machine, iron & board, hair dryer, hangers, cleaning materials etc. Other things to note **The apartment is back-facing, looking into the inner courtyard. This means there's no street view, however it's therefore much quieter and cooler in summer/warmer in winter. **The sitting area is within the master bedroom, as seen in the pictures. **Cleaning - long stays** For stays of 12 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee would be be requested for weekly cleaning visits (cleaning + change of bedding/towels). This is to ensure the apartment remains clean and the guests are comfortable. The fee is €45 per cleaning visit. The total additional cleaning fee would be requested via Airbnb in advance before your stay. **Personal information forms** As short term rental hosts we're required to log guests' information with Portugal's borders service. Therefore we'd kindly ask our guests to provide us with their personal details in advance, prior to your arrival. This is standard practice in Portugal, nothing to be concerned about. **Please check and respect our house rules (no smoking, quiet hours after 22:00, no parties, etc). **Energy use** We kindly ask our guests to remember to turn the AC off when out of the apartment. Thank you. **Energy use - long stays** For stays longer than 28 days, electricity/water bills are included up to a combined monthly total of €100. If the bills exceed this the guests agree to pay the difference. **Amenities** We'll always provide essential supplies at the start of your stay to offer you a comfortable settling in. Later refills are at the guest's discretion. **Check-in** Self check-in is available, the keys will be ready for you in a lock-box by the door. If you require an after hours in-person check-in, the following rates may apply: After 8 pm: 15€ After 10 pm: 25€ After 1 am: 50€ **Check-out** We kindly ask that you wash your dishes before checking out.
