Family apartment Ponta do Sol (Casa Marlindo)

Colorful and authentic apartment, on the ground floor in our family home. The house overlooks a small square with coconut trees. It is located in the heart of Ponta do Sol, a 1-minute walk from the sea. Close to all amenities. The apartment is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. It has an equipped kitchen and a large bright living room to cook and enjoy good Cape Verdean dishes to make you feel at home... in Cape Verde! The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house, on a pretty little square. There are only 3 steps to get there. We live on the 1st floor of the house, and are available to help and advise you during your stay. The accommodation consists of a large living/dining room, 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen and shower/WC room. There is hot water throughout the apartment. Lounge/dining room overlooks the small square. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people for a possible sleeping of 6 people in the apartment. The dining room has a table and 2 chairs. The first bedroom is a twin bedroom, with 2 single beds, twinned double beds if needed, and a dresser. The second bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with freestanding fans. We also offer a crib for our little guests. It can be moved to the room of your choice. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, gas stove and electric oven, a table and 2 stools, as well as many amenities and dishes to be able to cook. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with hot water, a sink and a toilet. There is no washing machine in the apartment but we offer a cleaning service (5 euros/machine). Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and you are completely independent. Other things to note The apartment is accessible for people with limited mobility or who have difficulty climbing stairs. It is on the ground floor and there are only 3 steps to access the front door of the apartment. The staircase is equipped with a ramp and is well lit. It is also ideal for people who want to spend a few days in Ponta do Sol as a starting point for day hikes.
