Close to Bus/light rail, stores, gas, restaurants, coffee, theater, many hospitals. Close to Columbia River Gorge and 1 hr to Mt Hood Skiing!! The space 15% Discount automatically applies at booking. This is a single occupant stay. Calming, Serene, extremely comfortable room has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Full sized bed with luxury linens. Desk with lamp, comfortable adjustable desk chair with cushion, plenty of outlets for your laptop, phone ect. Cork board/ Dry erase board. kitchenrtte includes. Small fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Iron and ironing board. Window air conditioner during summer months and central heating in winter months. Shared bathroom is a tub/ shower combination with a removable shower head. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied. Free Street parking. Close to shopping, movie theater, stores, restaurants, gas, parks, and much more. 3 blocks to Max Train 1 block to bus. Mt Hood skiing about 1 hour away, Columbia River Gorge about 25 min away. Many parks and rivers close by. Washer and dryer available upon request. Detergent provided for your convenience. Secured property with outdoor security infared cameras. Guest access The main entrance has a key pad lock. You will be given the code the day of your arrival. The room is just straight down the hall from the door marked room 2. Guests have the only access to this room. (other than myself in case of emergencies) You are provided a Key. The bathroom is back down the hall and make a left from the front door to where the hall ends. The door is marked with a black sign that says bathroom. The bathroom is a shared space. but barely used by us. The other tenant uses the shower early mornings or late late evenings. They stay in their rooms and keep to themselves for the most part. Our area's are closed off by a white accordian door and black curtains. Please respect our privacy in these areas. (I work a lot and our space is messy) ...:) If you need anything please just ask and I would be happy to accommodate you if im able!! Washer and dryer are available upon request. And laundry soap is supplied!! If the room key is lost you will be charged a 25.00 replacement.. During your stay I am usually around most mornings and evenings if you need to speak to me. I am always available by text through the app.. You may call in an emergency. I leave my guests alone to themselves unless you would like to talk to me I am absolutely available. Other things to note Since we live in the house there is a potential for some normal noise. It hasn't so far been bothersome to guests, but if you're noise sensitive, this is probably not the space for you. We do live here, we are respectful, but there are normal home noises, i.e., voices, tv sounds, people walking through the house ect, coughing, laughing ect. In case you need them I provide ear plugs and a set of Bluetooth cordless headphones already linked to the tv for your comfort. Also a white noise machine with 16 programed noises. This is a mixed use neighborhood in Urban renewal. Being as such you will hear neighborhood noise, dogs barking, cars, children playing ect like any large city neighborhood. Additionally the bathroom is shared in case you missed that in other parts of the listing. There is some construction happening across the street and thankfully almost done, but it hasn't been bothersome to us or any guests so far, and it's only on weekdays 8-5 . No extra guests without express permission. NO SMOKING! NO PETS! We are 420 friendly but it is outside only. You may smoke outside or vape outside away from the house please walk to the street to smoke. Additionally, you will need to be verified on Airbnb before I accept your booking and I require a picture of your government ID before check-in. I will also be requiring a signed temp lease specific to Airbnb. I do not allow guests to recieve mail here. I provide a post office box if you need to recieve mail and I will provide you with the information when you check in. You may recieve packages from Amazon, FedEx, UPS and any food services. Uber eats ect. For long stays over 30 days I will provide you with enough supplies to last you a week or so after that you will need to purchase your own. Additionally for stays over 28 days you will need to sign a Temp lease agreement for your stay. You will also need to provide a copy of your Government ID. I do not allow mail to be received here but I do provide a post office box that I check several times per week you can recieve mail at. You are welcome to receive packages (Amazon, FedEx, Ups ect) and any food delivery as needed.
