Room + Pool & Sauna

The beautiful single-family house is located directly on the Danube cycle path near Tulln. The top facilities with pool, outdoor lounge and a fantastic sauna offer guests an enjoyable and relaxing stay in all seasons. Just 200 meters away is a Billa market and a very good restaurant (Gasthof Floh). In the village, there is also a pizzeria with delivery service. Just 8 minutes' walk away is the train station. The house or garden are not for rent for celebrations or parties! The space I live in this detached house with my daughter. The large guest room is located in the basement. In the guest room there is a king size double bed, a single bed, a large shower, a large sauna, a sink with mirror cabinet and boxes for clothes. In summer, our guests appreciate the pleasantly cool room temperature. In winter, the room is heated with underfloor heating. For the use of the sauna, I charge an additional €15.00. The guest toilet is one floor higher on the ground floor! On the first floor there is also the kitchen, the dining table, access to the terrace + pool + outdoor lounge and our living room. My daughter and I use the bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor. Guest access In addition to your guest room, you can use the following rooms on the first floor: Anteroom including guest toilet, terrace including covered terrace lounge and gas grill, garden with outdoor pool. You are also welcome to use the kitchen + dining table between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm. For the use of the sauna €15.00 is to be paid in cash on site. During your stay If I am not at home, then I am available for any questions by phone. Other things to note A maximum occupancy of 3 people (adults + children) is possible. Unfortunately, there is no crib available for toddlers. Attention! The house or garden are not for rent for celebrations or parties!
