Flat equipped with basic kitchen utensils, glasses, cutlery, pots, blender, sandwich maker, gas stove, mineral water supply, refrigerator, dining table. 2 bedrooms, one suite, 1 double bed and 2 single sofa beds, bedding * *Please note the additional rules (laundry). A fee will be charged if you use the bedding. Be careful when leaving and do not leave food in the refrigerator. Condo with 2 swimming pools and barbecue grills. Other things to note The condominium offers maid service, which makes the beds daily, wiping the floor and removing dust. However, cleaning the apartment is the guest's responsibility, including the kitchen, stove, dishes, and service area. Remember not to leave food in the fridge or cabinets. I come here to welcome you and give you some information about the Flat and the condominium. The Golden Dolphin Residence is a very family-friendly and hospitable environment. NO PETS ALLOWED. We have at the disposal of our guests; 2 swimming pools, one for adults and a smaller one for children. Barbecue grills are also available, with a fee charged by the condo, to be verified at the reception. Parking with 24-hour guardhouse. Wi-Fi in the pool area and inside the Flat. The maid service is provided by me. The service includes cleaning of the Flat, (except stove and kitchen utensils, the dishes must be washed by the guest), making beds, cleaning and drying the refrigerator (at check-in and check-out), supply of toilet paper and cleaning supplies, delivery of laundry to the laundry and its return (amount must be paid at reception at check-in), removal of household garbage and placement of beach umbrellas in the pool area. Any defect in the Flat, or repair, e.g., changing bulbs, leaks, clogging, we have the service available at Golden, please do not try to fix it. Damage or repair must be reported immediately at the front desk. The keys must be delivered to the reception EVERY time you leave the Flat, important!
