'SimStay Gongdeok' is a quiet accommodation located in a residential area, a 3-minute walk from Gongdeok Station (AREX, Airport Limousine, Line 5, Line 6, Gyeongui Line). You can move from the airport to the accommodation at once using the Airport Railroad. - 60 minutes from Incheon Airport - 20 minutes from Gimpo Airport You can enjoy the best transportation convenience to the suburbs, including the city center, as you can use a total of 4 subway and public transportation routes. It is good to take a walk in the 'Gyeonguiseon Forest Road Park (cherry blossom spot)' near the accommodation and enjoy the nearby restaurants and pretty cafes. There are many famous restaurants and cafes right near the accommodation, so please enjoy the pleasure of eating while staying at 'Sim Stay Gongdeok'. This is a self check-in using🔸️ a keypad. There are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and laundromats near the🔸️ property. You can walk to🔸️ nearby eateries, hypermarkets, traditional markets, and hospitals. ☆ Check-in: from 4pm / Check-out: until 11am Please be sure to keep the time as bedding replacement, cleaning, and disinfection are carried out after➡️ check-out. Please organize before➡️ checking out, and separate/dispose of general trash, recycled trash, and food. If additional➡️ guests are confirmed, the accommodation fee will be doubled. Guest access The use of rooms per🪧 person is as follows. 1-2 people: 1 queen bed (bedroom 1) 3-4 people: 2 queen beds (bedroom 1 & 2) If 🛏 '2 people' would like to use a bed each, please book as '3 people' to use 'Bedroom 1 & 2'. (Required due to additional bedding setting) 🚗 There is no parking space available. If you need to bring a car, please use the paid parking lot. Other things to note [Staying] 🔹️Maximum occupancy: 4 adults. (Minors and additional guests are not allowed.) 🔹️Pets are not allowed. To prevent🔹️ fires and maintain indoor cleanliness, it is 'absolutely non-smoking' indoors. Please take off your shoes🔹️ indoors. Cooking that produces smoke or smell, such as cooking🔹️ fish or meat, is not allowed. 🔹️Please be considerate so that there is no damage due to late-time noise as it is a quiet residential area. In the event of a complaint, you will be moved out and no refund will be given. >> If you are caught violating the above, a penalty of 200,000 KRW will be imposed, and the full cancellation fee will be charged if the next guest's reservation is canceled. When going🔹️ out/checking out, switch the electronic products and air conditioner/heater to 'out' or turn it off. If more people enter than the number🔹️ of people reserved, you will be charged an additional fee or be asked to leave.
