Hospedaje oriented to family groups in a natural environment with spacious spaces and a 5-minute walk to the beach. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, 5 double beds, 3 bunk beds and 1 single bed, a total of 12 beds and 4 full bathrooms. For the group's shared use: dining room with rustic table for 12 people, BBQ area, full kitchen, cabin with Smart TV, furniture gallery for 11 people, 1/2 external bathroom, 2 external showers and 8 hammocks. The space Casa Barlovento is located in Oloncito, a residential area away from the hustle and bustle, 5 minutes from the beach. In Oloncito, green vegetation predominates and those of us who live here are lovers of nature, care for the environment and protectors of fauna. It is also possible to observe wild animals such as iguanas, squirrels, possums, geckos and insects typical of a rural area. Casa Barlovento has electricity, piped and chlorinated water, internet and in all its rooms air conditioning and Smart TV, emergency lights and a 120 V electricity generator. The garage can accommodate up to two medium-sized vehicles and there is convenient signage to reduce risks. We value family interaction and with this objective there is a table for 12 people next to the BBQ, a full kitchen, a large gallery with furniture and hammocks, a garden of ornamental plants and fruit trees; and, a cabin with a Smart TV. Guest access Guests have access to: cabin with TV and streaming service: Netflix, YouTube, ZAPPING and DIRECTV for a fee. Kitchen and dining room with service and table for 12 people. Barbecue area. The beach is accessed through the Oloncito Ecological Park. Four bedrooms with separate bathrooms, two outdoor showers, 1/2 outdoor bathroom and a clothesline. Gallery with hammocks and furniture. Other things to note Casa Barlovento is located between the sea and the mountain range so it is common to find or observe wild animals such as: squirrels, iguanas, guanta, gecos, even rabbits. If you wake up very early you will hear the song of the birds!!!!! At night you can have a very romantic dinner in our dining room where you can use the lights of the lamp with dimer and lower the intensity of the light. We also have a cute rustic table if you want to be in the garden. Casa Barlovento, it is a guest house, it is not a hotel, a hostel or an inn. The house is delivered clean and the rooms with sheets and towels washed for the eleven guests, but as it is a whole house rental, the rooms, dining room and kitchen will not be cleaned during the stay. Cleaning on days of stay will only be done at: gallery, external showers, external bathroom, side patio, garden, and entrance. The cleaning person will not access the rooms except as required by force majeure. If you bring pets, the cleaning of their waste will also be up to the guest.
