We would like to welcome you to our beautiful place called Land or Promise right next to the Johan Adolf Pengel airport in Zanderij. We can pick you up from the airport just before or after your flight or from another location in our beautiful bus. We play the most beautiful Reggae music and also like to make a bite to eat fresh from the garden. Of course, you can also cook something yourself. Land of Promise is a place in nature with a Love for Reggae Culture, Music, Food 🍔 and Positive Vibes ❤️ We are not a (luxury) hotel. We grow our own food and focus on sustainability by reusing materials 🪵 We build everything ourselves with people from the Rasta community and our quests. We are constantly developing and improving! Many (farm) animals 🦃 are living with us, in addition to the beautiful wild animals 🦦 that live in SU. They are part of the family! The lodges are spread out in the forest and there is a lake for swimming (not always filled with water during droughts). There are hammocks to relax in and we provide food and drinks 🍻. We listen to Reggae Music and play the Nyabinghi 🪘 There is also a communal kitchen quests can use to cook. You can also wash and dry your clothes if needed. Want to explore the area? There are many great places to visit in the Para region, and we're happy to tour you around for standard taxi prices. Consider the reservoir, Jodensavanne, and a tour of Para.
