The space The space is located at 26th floor, Coast Residences, Roxas Blvd, Pasay City. The place is around 28sqm, it is equipped with a full size bed and a convertible sofa bed to accommodate more guests ideally for 3adults or 4 mixed adults&kids. Basic cooking wares are also provided, a cooktop, a cooking pan, a rice cooker, an electric kettle and also dining wares. The room also comes with a two door fridge (non-frost for easy cleaning), a microwave for heating and a hot shower. Other things to note Electricity consumption for monthly rent is not included in the rent. Utility deposit for electricity consumption of 3,000 pesos will be collected for guests staying for one month or more. The security deposit for electricity is consumable and refundable in excess of electricity consumption. Strictly 3pm onwards for check-in to give way to checking out guest/s and check out until 12:00nn only to give way to the coming guest (unless the coming guests will arrive late than check in time we can allow to check out late until 1pm only). After 1pm 200/hr will be charged. Self check- in (hotel like check-in, instruction will be given once the booking is confirmed). My staff will just be around at 11:00am to 5:00pm, but available anytime for any urgent concerns. You could also reach me anytime thru Airbnb or thru mobile. Any damage made by the guest/s in the property shall be settled before the check out. Note that Cleaning fee is for after check out and not during the stay. If you wish to request for cleaning during your stay we charge for the same fee here or lesser. For guests staying weekly or monthly, We only change the beddings and towels once a week for free but you may request for change of new set of towels anytime for a fee of 100.00/2towels and 250.00 for new set of beddings. Visitors are welcome but expected to obey house rules, any violations/damaged by the third party shall be guest's responsibility. No staying at night time for visitors unless paid as extra occupant. Note that our bed are best fit for 3 adults or 4 mixed adults and kids as we only provide a full size bed and a sofa bed. Please also note that there may be times that the internet connection might not be available due to provider's technical problem or maintenance and can happen for several reasons of which is not under our control or fault.
