Everfree Shire Ranch is an 11 Acre Estate and a magical oasis for travelers, wanderers, and the displaced who are seeking an economic alternative to regular campgrounds and parks. There are 5 acres of available housing options and campgrounds with a fantasy theme! The 6 acres in the back are grazing fields IMPORTANT: Please check the map and all photos. Take note of this site's proximity to the highway. In colder weather especially there is an expectation of noise. Traffic does get quieter at night. If you have a camper that needs to be towed you MUST own a tow capable vehicle. Renting to drop off a trailer not allowed. This site is 15 amps only. Step-up Amp adapters without limiters or built in breakers are not allowed. They will trip the line for everyone. Tall / long RV's MUST enter going North to South (coming from Hondo's direction) and hang a LEFT 45 degrees cutting ACROSS the driveway directly into your site. The max length is 50 FT on the pad. Manufacturers frequently use the interior or "box" length for model numbers, which does not include the hitch, bumper, or other accessories. If you have a fifth wheel you must be aware of the REAL length of the outside which could be as much as 6 feet longer, not even including your truck. Firepit / grill availability may vary. The new shower stall is working and has 6 gallons of hot water, but complete privacy is not there yet so please use swimwear attire at a minimum. The bathroom / laundry area on the side of the house is shared with the house guests, but available for use. Pets must be on a leash / penned for safety. Trash must be bagged in 13 gallon bags or larger. Bags available upon request. If you'd like a bin at your site, just ask. Interaction with the horses is allowed, but at your own risk. They are usually well behaved, especially if you bring food. Guest access The picnic table between sites 5 and 6, the side bathroom, outdoor shower, outhouse, public garden, and walkways are common areas. Other things to note Grills, firepits, and tables have limited availability at the moment so please ask ahead of time if you need to borrow one.
