Large house facing the beautiful beach of Cocanha, with comfortable accommodation for 16 people in 6 bedrooms. Cocanha stands out for being a beach with clean and calm waters, with an excellent sea for children, adults and the elderly to swim in. Fishermen's beach, where you can buy fresh fish and mussels fresh from the sea. Next to the quiet village of Massaguaçu, which has a good structure of markets, a pharmacy and restaurants. A piece of paradise on earth The space The house is spacious and cool with 6 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining room, kitchen, pantry and two floors of balconies. Rustic and beachy architecture, designed to host comfortably and provide leisure. The kitchen is large, with two refrigerators and shelves. The house has masonry furniture and spacious rooms, 3 of them with the capacity to place a travel crib or extra mattress. All bedrooms have a fan. We have two barbecues, one brick, one portable and an outdoor shower. Outdoor area with five parking spaces and a large garden for leisure and games. The two balconies are large, one that is an open hall and the other upstairs overlooking the sea. All outlets are 220!! The house has internet and television. Right in front of the beach. Guest access The entire house with its 6 bedrooms and backyard. The house in the back of the property belongs to the caretaker Totó. Other things to note One of the first houses built on Cocanha beach in 1970, spacious, rustic, simple and cozy. Crossing the street is on the beach. The caretaker provides security for the property, and children can play freely in the garden. We do not keep bed/bath linens and pillows on site. It is important that you bring them. Cocanha beach has very clean and calm waters, it is busier on holidays, the rest of the year it is very quiet. Great for leisure, swimming and beach sports. It is a safe region, with no history of robberies or social problems. The village of Massaguaçu has a great commercial structure. The city of Caraguá has many tourist and cultural events. ATTENTION: All outlets of the house are 220v Check-in/out outside the established times is possible without extra cost, with no other entry or exit on the same date. If you want to have 100% guarantee of access to the house before the stipulated time or the stay after the check-out time, a half daily fee is charged and the block on the calendar is done.
