Brian's Place

Executive style home centrally located in the city of St John's near malls & nature trails for hiking. All necessary amenities provided, has 1 off road parking space. House does have two other units but they are completely separate and private from Brian's Place. I also have Karen's, Lane Avenue , Elizabeth's Getaway, 3 other airbnbs throughout the city. Smoke free, not pet friendly. 2 night minimum stay required. Update: we have just hosted the 8th wedding celebration at Brian's Place. The space Two bedrooms with queen size beds. Guest access This home has three individual units. Each are private and furnished completely. Front entrance is to Brian's Place. Other things to note This unit is not pet friendly
