Just minutes from Disneyland Park, our home is located in a quiet town between the serenity of the countryside and the excitement of urban life, offering the perfect getaway for travelers seeking tranquility or unique experiences around the Olympic nautical base. The space The accommodation is spread over 2 floors, as follows: - Ground floor: -> Open and bright living room, including, toilets, a sofa, a connected TV (Netflix, Chromecast, fiber optic), a dining table. -> Kitchen open to the living room, equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster, allowing you to comfortably prepare your favorite dishes. Condiments are at your disposal. -> a cellar. A door, near the toilet, leads to our accommodation - we occupy it during your stay. You will not have access to this part, and we will never access your part, each being locked. We each have independent access. 1st floor: -> Bedroom with a double bed. -> 2 bedrooms with single bed. -> a hallway that can accommodate a double bed or possibility to put it in one of the single bedrooms. -> Bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower (changing table, washing machine, large LED mirror...). There is also a toilet. Access to the garden equipped with a barbecue and furnished with a table ideal for alfresco dining. Linens and towels are provided. Guest access RER A station in Torcy 5 min by bus, bus station in front of the house. Highway A4 and A104 exit Bussy Saint Georges or Collegien. Parking in the courtyard of the house closed with a gate. AROUND THE HOUSE: -> Parc de la Brosse behind the house -> Rentilly Park at the end of the main street -> Bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy 5 min walk. -> Bay2 shopping center: Carrefour, clothing and shoe stores, opticians, restaurants, florist, dentists... located 12 min walk, less than 5 min by car or bus. MAIN POINTS OF INTEREST IN THE SURROUNDING AREA: -> Disneyland Paris Park 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by public transport (Torcy station - RER A). -> Direct access to Paris from Torcy station (25 minutes by train via the RER A). -> Nautical stadium of the PARIS 2024 OLYMPIC GAMES 10 min by car. -> Château de Ferrières 5 min by car. -> Val d'Europe Shopping Center and Vallée Village (about 12 min by car). -> Sea Life Aquarium in Val d'Europe (12-minute drive). -> Villages Nature Paris (15-minute drive).
