Right at the entrance there is a wardrobe, shoe rack, seating and a mirror. There are also two built-in wardrobes, which can be used, for example, for the 1st sleeping area. The 1st sleeping area is equipped with a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside table, lamps and a chest of drawers. The 2nd and 3rd sleeping area are each equipped with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), bedside table with lamp, bookshelf and a clothes rail. The small but well-equipped wet area has a mirror cabinet, sink, bathtub, toilet and shower. A kitchen open to the dining room contains a fridge, freezer, induction hotplates, oven, dishwasher, sink, washing machine with tumble dryer and a sideboard island with plenty of storage space. The adjoining dining room has a carpet, which contains a spacious table, 6 chairs, a sideboard and beautiful lighting. The open living room with kidney-shaped sofa, 2 armchairs, three side tables, mat, floor lamp, sideboard and a TV, make living complete. What is particularly appreciated about this apartment is the large terrace where you can sunbathe and relax. The view to the south shows a great view and the impressive Alps in fine weather. Here you can really relax. Guest access Access to the house and the apartment is well explained when booking, so that every guest can easily get to the apartment. Other things to note The large terrace is a great place to stay in fine weather. The railing is high and designed so that everyone can stay on it safely. Nevertheless, it is the duty of the parents or legal guardians to look after the children. It is strictly forbidden to climb over the railings.
