This private room is in a historic brick building, just a couple blocks from Ballard Ave with it's many restaurants and the very popular Sunday Market. A stone's throw to the Swedish Medical Center campus, within walking distance to a RapidRide stop for a quick commute. There is no off-street parking, so this is a great place for those who want to use public transit, ride a bike, or enjoy the walk (the address has a WalkScore of 98!) The space The kitchen has some limits, it has no oven. It has an induction stovetop with two burners and a microwave. So if you're a gourmet cook, this won't be a great fit. There are two bathrooms, though one has only a shower and sink. A total of four other housemates. Almost everyone who stays tends to be a working professional - so during the day the apartment is usually fairly empty.
