Your room We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Skylight room with a garden view. The guesthouse, located on the bottom floor of the house, has an open and unique layout with natural light, a private entrance located at the back of the house, and a view of the big green garden. 2. 2 bedrooms, 1 master bath 3. Please follow the signage for direction to access the private entrance. Guests are not allowed to access the garden area and the upper level of the property. Other things to note WIFI / INTERNET DETAILS The house has free Wi-Fi options. The ID and Password are available in the living room. The service is provided for your enjoyment, but you are responsible for safe and appropriate use and compliance with all laws. If there is any loss of service, please contact us immediately. ACCESS CODES / INSTRUCTIONS Due to the sensitive nature of this information, we will email/text access codes separately, an hour before the check-in time. CHECK-IN TIME Self-check-in time after 3 pm PST. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so please contact us if you will arrive early, and we'll do our best, without any promises! DRIVING DIRECTIONS Please use 1200 S 100th St, Seattle, WA 98168. PARKING Street parking for 2 cars is located in front of the house by the fence. DEPARTURE INFORMATION CHECK-OUT PROCESS Check-out time is before 11 am PST. When you leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done: - Ensure water, stove, and lights are turned off. - Lock the front door.
 We hope you had a wonderful stay and wish you safe travels back home. We'd love to see you again next time! CHECK-OUT TIME Check-out time is strictly before 11 am. Should you require a later check-out for a few minutes, we will do our best, but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day, it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out. CLEANING You will find the house clean on arrival, but please let us know if you are not satisfied. For stays of more than one day, there is no cleaning service. After you depart, our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you need a cleaning service more often, please let us know, and we will try to arrange this. An extra payment will apply. GETTING YOURSELF ORIENTED OVERVIEW OF THE AREA Our freshly remodeled home is minutes to freeways, Downtown, and Airport. Recreation-wise, there are golf courses, boxing clubs, Highland Park, a yacht club, the Museum of Flight, restaurants, and bars. There are plenty of breweries for beer lovers here (Lowercase Brewing, Odin Brewing, Tin Dog Brewing, and Burdick Brewery). And for winos, there are tasting rooms for several local wineries as well. Commute: • Downtown Seattle: 7 miles / 15-20 minutes by car / 35-45 minutes by transit • SeaTac Airport: 5 miles /10 minutes by car • Bellevue: 17 miles / 25-35 minutes by car / 95 minutes by transit • Redmond: 22 miles / 30-40 minutes by car SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY Guests may arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We suggest guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in. There are also good restaurants for lunch, so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food? APPLIANCE INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION CENTRAL HEATING Our home has a central heating system. The panel is in the upper level. We typically set at [72F / 22C], which keeps the place sufficiently warm. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT All manuals for the electrical equipment and appliances are in the middle drawer of the unit to the left of the sink. The Dishwasher: We supply tablets - you will need to insert one into the flip box container on the inside of the dishwasher door. Then press the program button of your choice - there are a few obvious settings - then press the start button after closing the front door. The Fridge/freezer: You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know. The Hob and Oven: The hob is a four-burner electric hob, electric oven, and grill. When grilling, please leave the main entrance door open. Please make sure to have extra caution not to scratch or damage the stove glass and use the stovetop cover after the stove has cooled. LAUNDRY APPLIANCES We have a washer and separate dryer located in the utility room next to the front door. There is a supply of detergent for your use. To operate the machines, simply select the program you want (we suggest keeping the “Normal” default settings), place the detergent in the tray, close the door, and hit start. Please use responsibly. BREAKAGES We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING Please take recyclables, and garbage bags by the entrance door for pick up or there are two containers by the street parking lot, near the corner of the driveway where you can dispose of the plastic bags.
