ATTENTION: Items such as airfryer and blender may vary according to the apartments available*. -check availability - Children and adolescents unaccompanied by parents must present a notarized authorization signed by the parents.(We have an authorization template if you need it). - Includes entry for all 5 guests to the L'acqua di Roma water park (Jardins Acqua park 24 hours), the one in the photos of the ad, which is IN FRONT of L'acqua di Roma, just across the street. -The apartment only accommodates 5 people (babies also count). It is not possible to have more than that, as it is a hotel rule to control the number of people in the Park* - Daily cleaning is included in the package, except for kitchen items, which must be delivered clean by the guest. - The daily rate does not include bed and bath linens; you can bring them or contract this service. - We'll give you the phone number of the rental company; they'll take and pick up the linens at the hotel according to the date you request. -BED LINEN VALUES Bath Towel 10.00 each face towel 5.00 each Double/Single Blanket 20.00 each Double/single bedding set 40.00 each set, containing 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases). *ATTENTION the values may be readjusted where the tenants of the same will pass you the new values* -The apartments have pillows, detergent and a loofah. We provide these items as a courtesy! - FOOD IS NOT INCLUDED - - The apartment supports you in preparing meals, but if you wish, the guest can eat directly at the Lacqua diRoma restaurant, which is inside the complex. There are other restaurant options near the hotel *ATTENTION (the photos of this listing have the updated values of the meals). - Guests are entitled to a parking space in front of the apartment (internal space of the complex). - Animals of any kind are prohibited. -CHECK-IN: 2:00 p.m. -CHECKOUT: 11:00 a.m. - After check-out, the guest will no longer have access to the club, as per hotel rules. Exceptions cannot be made!! -If the apartment is free and clean, the guest can enter before 2 p.m. at no additional cost. - Guests must communicate the rescheduling at least 7 days in advance for check-in, after which there will be no refund or rescheduling. -A fine of R$ 140.00 for each HOUR over the check-out time. - In cases of no-show at check-in, no refund will be made and the reservation will remain active during the contracted days. - It is not allowed to take beverages and food to the pool area, except after midnight when the hotel bars are closed, and these are in containers that are not made of glass. - The voltage of the city of Caldas Novas is 220V, with an alternating current of 60HZ.
