The Piggery features 3 bedrooms; 1st bedroom has an emperor bed 2nd bedroom has a superking & ensuite 3rd bedroom has a superking plus 2 singles It has an open plan kitchen dining area, a separate sitting room. A mezzanine snug & a reading space The family bathroom has bath & shower. There is additional toilet. The Piggery features 3 large bedrooms - one bedroom has an emperor sized bed - one bedroom has an ensuite and a superking bed - one bedroom has a superking bed and two singles There are two bathrooms (one is the en suite) plus an additional separate toilet just off the hallway. It has an open plan kitchen dining area, a separate sitting room. An enormous vaulted ceiling sitting room, a mezzanine snug (where it could be possible for a cheeky nap & a separate reading in between two of the bedrooms. It’s dog friendly with a private garden, bbq plus use of the wood burning hot tub. The hot tub does have an additional charge to account for the set up of it. The Piggery has high quality finishing touches & eco conscious EV charger & infrared heating and fibre . Guest access The courtyard in the farmyard is for parking. Once within the Piggery, you’ll soon see the privacy of your garden and outside space to the rear of the buildings. Other things to note There is access to a separate utility block with a washing machine and tumble dryer if needed. If you’re bringing dogs, please ensure the booking is updated to say so. There is a small extra amount of £20 which goes towards the cleaner for the extra work. There is an EV charger available for your use and understandably there is an additional charge £30 per vehicle per stay (payable in person during your stay) There is an additional charge for the use of the wood burning hot tub. It’s £50 per stay payable in person via cash or online which covers the deep cleaning, fresh water, plenty of logs and a fire starting kit (kindling, firelighters, match, a special burning log and instructions). It is then emptied and deep cleaned after your stay. You’re responsible for the starting up of the stove and heating of the water which can take between 2 & 4 hours (involving topping up wood every 20 minutes) depending on the external temperature.
